Court Services
Under a retainer agreement between your firm and Superior Attorney Service, we will provide a daily (1) pick-up of documents to be filed in all courts, Federal, State, County and City per the Court Service Retainer Schedule. Any return pick-up will require a fee.
Our office hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday, with highly trained office staff available to assist you with any questions or special requests.
The charge for your retainer is based on the number of lawyers in your firm, and the type of law that your firm practices. Feel free to call our office to discuss your specific charge.
Superior Attorney Service is able to effect filing in any court in the State of California. For any courts not listed below, contact our office for details.
